We stand behind every watch we sell. Your satisfaction is our commitment.
We promise to do everything possible to make sure you are completely satisfied with your watch purchase. We also understand that sometimes it may not be a good fit, or simply it's not what you want. Unless otherwise indicated, you can return any watch for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions
All returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition as sold. All returned or exchanged items must include in the packaging: documents, instruments, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, boxes and warranties as shipped.
We ask that you do not alter any watch while it's in your possession. No modified watches will be accepted as a return. This includes intentional modifications such as exchanged, removed, or added parts, as well as unintentional modifications such as scratches, dents, or mechanical tampering.
Items must be returned without blemishes, dings, scratches or any indication that the watch has been worn or sized in any manner.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us within 14 days of receiving your watch — message us on WhatsApp at +1 (917) 480-1080 or email us to let us know you'd like to return.
Pack securely. Include all original packaging: box, papers, tags, links, straps, buckles, and any accessories exactly as received.
Ship with insurance. We recommend using a fully insured, signature-required carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Refund issued promptly. Once we receive and inspect the watch, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
